2271202 - Employee Portal Link does not work - Error: Access Denied

Employee gets an error " Error: Access Denied" on clicking Employee Portal link in the panel / page.

Onboarding Module

The specific User/employee does not have the Employee role in ONB which is required to access Employee Portal.

1. Grant the Employee Role to the user.
2. To grant the employee role go to, onboarding security > Users > Select the user > Select the "Employee" check box at the bottom.

If the issue still exist, please create support ticket as further investigation is needed.
