  • What are the supported types to attach files in Recruiting to the Candidate Profile, Application, Offer Detail, and Requisition templates?
  • Is it possible to restrict certain types of files to be added/attached in Recruiting?

Resolution

Below are the list of supported formats in Recruiting.

  • Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
  • Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf)
  • HTML
  • Images (.gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png)
  • Text file (.txt)
  • .csv

Some of the non supported formats are:

  • .ppt/.pptx
  • .zip
  • .rar
  • MP4

As of now, it's not possible to configure to restrict certain types to be added as attachment.
