2271814 - RAO <resume> Command fails – SAP RS 15.7.1

Symptom

  • After shutdown and restart RepAgent for Oracle(RAO), the instance can not be resumed, here is the error:

   1>resume
   2> go
    Command <resume> failed - Desired state <REPLICATE> could not be achieved.
    Current state: <REPLICATION DOWN>

  • RAO log displays the following messages:

E...      ERROR           com.sybase.ra.la.oracle.RAOLogAdmin             Initialization for replication of database <'ora12c'> has not been done.
E...      ERROR           com.sybase.ra.la.oracle.RAOLogAdmin             com.sybase.ra.la.LogAdminException: Initialization for replication of database <'ora12c'> has not been done.
