2272341 - SAP Contact Center cannot populate the Reporting database in IA

Symptom

  • When creating the "Reporting Database" Virtual Unit, after hitting "Apply Changes to Host" or "Apply Changes to Local System", you see error:
    • ERROR: (error code=0x80040E4D) Microsoft SQL Server is not installed or not running or invalid database name/SQL account/password
    • In IA log, and "Attempting to use an NT account name with SQL Server Authentication" in SQL log
    • No reporting database are populated in MS SQL server.
