2272459 - BPC NW: Shortdump CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL CL_RSDRH_HIER_CACHE when copying a BPC classic environment

When trying to copy an environment from the BPC web admin, the following error is displayed :

"An exception of type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL occurred, that was not caught anywhere in the call hierarchy. It was not handled locally or declared using a RAISING clause".

And the following ST22 dump is reported :
