SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Download the Mass Import XML Template

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding > Settings > Manage Employees
2. Click Mass Import XML button and a pop-up form will show
3. Click download template and an XML file will prompt to save on your desktop
4. Open the XML file and populate with your candidate details and save afterwards

Populate the XML Import File

Upload Candidates En Masse

1. Navigate back to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding > Settings > Manage Employees
2. Click Mass Import XML button and a pop-up form will show
3. Click Choose File button to upload candidate en masse
4. Done
