Symptom

  • Server crashes or queries fail with a following error in the iqmsg log:

temp Bufman: All buffer cache pages are in use, ask your DBA to increase the size of the buffer cache. slib/s_bufman.cxx:3864

  • This error could be followed by various different stacktraces. Examples (not limited to):
