2273459 - “Error while sending emails” While Referring a Candidate - Recruiting Management

When referring a candidate to a job using "Refer Friend to Job", the system throws the following error:

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Career Site
2. Click into a job posting
3. In Select Action dropdown, click on "Refer Friend to Job" button
4. Fill out the mandatory information and hit "Send"
5. Encounter the error on the page

The following Recruiting Triggers have not been enabled:

• Employee Referral Programme Candidate added to General pool notification
• Employee Referral Program Candidate referred to a job requisition (new candidate)
• Employee Referral Program Candidate referred to a job requisition (existing candidate)

Please refer to the Implementation Guide, under Enabling and Configuring Employee Referral section, to check all the necessary configurations to have Employee Referral: Enabling and Configuring Employee Referral.

NOTE: Please be advised that despite of the error saying the email wasn't sent, the candidate profile could be created without the resume document attached.
