How standard keys work in corporate structure.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Each organizational unit within the corporate structure can have a different set of property values. SuccessFactors Onboarding provides commonly used fields for all organizational units as well as a flexible set of property values.

Standard fields are Company, Division, Department, Location and Position. The customer may change the names of these fields to correspond with their company’s nomenclature.

Standard keys:

Level 1 "Company"
        data key for level code - "DivCode", 
        data key for level name - "Division"

Level 2 "Division"
        data key for level code - "LocDistrict", 
        data key for level name - "LocDistrictText"

Level 3 "Department"
        data key for level code - "LocNumber", 
        data key for level name - "JobLocationText"

Level 4 "Location"
        data key for level code - "DeptCode", 
        data key for level name - "DeptName"

Standard keys can be changed, but it is strongly recommend not to change the keys for Level 1.

Keys on the panels must be the same with corporate structure in Super Admin site.
If modification has been made to standard keys, "SAP_JobLocation" panel needs to be updated as well.
If if the names of the levels has been updated, create and use custom form "New Employee Summary form".
