Enabling/Disabling features that affect all plans within the Instance

• Successfactors Compensation Management
• Successfactors Variable Pay

To enable it:

• Role Based Permission must be enabled
• Add the permission Manage Compensation > Compensation and Variable Pay feature Settings

To access it:

• Navigate to Admin Center
• Compensation Home
• Action for all Plans
• Company Settings

Key Options Include:

• Enable Executive Review Edit-edit-place - When this option is enabled, it is no longer necessary to select the edit icon to edit an individual entry
• Enable Compendation Excel Offline Edit - This enables the Upload button that allows edit of excetive review offline and then later uploaded
