- By running startsap all, you have this output:

- ASE is up and running : you can access to the database by runnning on command line: isql -S<SID> -Usapsa -X and executing a statement like sp_who successfully.
- ASE errorlog is showing no errors.
- But you cannot access from application side: Error 10061 is returned with WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused message:
