2274155 - Checkpoints for BPC Web Logon and Blank or Gray screen issues

• Users do not know how to get BPC web client administration page address (URL).
• Users encounter a blank / grey / gray screen or a full black screen several seconds after logging into the BPC web client.
• There is no response when clicking on the logon button in the BPC logon page.
• Users get the following errors when connecting to UR: http://<hostname:port>/sap/epm_bpc/web.
• Service cannot be reached.
• The URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
• In the browser console log, the following error is logged:

• Users encounter a BPC logon hang issue:
• Nothing displays when clicking Activities, Audit, and BPF, etc.
• The following errors are found in the system log (transaction code SLG1).
• Bundle com_sap_bpc_web_client_consomonitor not found in FCP Registry.Check if bundle is deployed.
• Bundle com_sap_bpc_web_client_systemreports not found in FCP Registry.Check if bundle is deployed.
• Bundle com_sap_poa_sbc_bpf not found in FCP Registry.Check if bundle is deployed
• It is not possible to log onto the BPC NW web client: After entering the user and password, a blank screen is displayed or the message "Querying available environments".
• When you log onto the BPC web client, a "http 500 internal error" dialog occurs.
• The standard labels in the journal template screen are incorrect. For example, the normal "Save" button in the top row appears as "button_save".
• 503 service not available

• http://<server>:<port>/sap/epm/bpc/web/clearcache
• http://<host>:<port>/sap/epm/bpc/web/resetcachebuster
  Where <server> is the BPC system host name and <port> is the BPC system port number.
