2274273 - "Plan a conversion" option is not visible in Maintenance Planner during define change

You plan to convert to SAP S/4HANA ON-PREMISE 1511 and try to define the change in Maintenance Planner.

However the "Plan a conversion" option is not visible in Maintenance Planner during this step.

Only "Install or Maintain an Add-on" and "Install or Maintain an Enhancement Package" options are available.
