Symptom
Vacation of employee does not appear in the Business Task Management, neither can the employee see the corresponding Leave Request in Employee Self Service Overview under My Requests.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Time Administration work center.
- Select Employees view.
- Search for Employee ID.
- Change to tab Time Account Balances and sub-tab Employee Times.
- Select Vacation Name.
- Date of vacation applied is visible.
However, employees cannot see the leaves when navigating to Leave Request in the Home work center Employee Self Service Overview under My Requests.
Cause
The employee is not able to view the leaves because approval is required from his/her Line Manager. However, under Time Types, the Line Manager is not available as an Approver. This is because Time Recording is handled by the time administrator from the Time Administration work center, so it remains active without an Approver.
Resolution
If the leave or time recording was applied by the employee, it will then go to the Line Manager for approval.
This behavior is as expected by the system.
