Symptom

During the upgrade/update to SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 7 SPS 4 or higher using SUM tool, in phase ACT_UPG, the following activation errors were reported:

1EEDO519X"DB Prozedur Proxy" "PPH_V02_MRP_CHECK_SEL" could not be activated
1EEDO519 "DB Prozedur Proxy" "PPH_V02_MRP_COMPARE_MDPS" could not be activated
1EEDO519 "DB Prozedur Proxy" "PPH_V02_MRP_MAT_PLANT" could not be activated
