This document will help in identifying the Employee Central features which need to be enabled via Provisioning (the back-end).
- What is the process to get below features enabled in my system? To enable below features, please report an case for support.
- Will the Product Support team complete the entire implementation so that I can start utilizing these features? If you are looking for end to end implementation of the features once below features are enabled then you should engage the Implementation partner as it be will required to understand your business needs before defining your business processes.
Once the feature is enabled, any of the features listed in the Major features list would require involvement of an Implementation Partner / Professional Services team to configure the feature as the feature is not pre-configured "out of the box" and would require you to make some down-stream and Business Process related consideration before going live with one of these features. However, Minor features can be enabled by the Product Support team and may not require any further implementation.

Minor Features that can be enabled from provisioning: These features does not require an extensive implementation before they can be used.
Following changes will be enabled by support team. The below articles explain how to enable and configure the respective feature.

Major Features that can be enabled from provisioning:
Enabling these features only mean that they are now available to be configured in your system. However these features require an extensive implementation before they can be used in the system. We would recommend you to engage an implementation partner to complete the implementation. This will ensure a seamless implementation experience as they will be able to understand and map your end to end business requirement.

Below features can be enabled via the Admin Center UI but require further Implementation
Enabling these features only mean that they are now available to be configured in your system. However these features require an extensive implementation before they can be used in the system. We would recommend you to engage an implementation partner to complete the implementation. This will ensure a seamless implementation experience as they will be able to understand and map your end to end business requirement.
