2274676 - SMDAgent logs shows warning: 'logical host <hostname> ignored as another logical host is having the same SQN'

Symptom

After enable the SMDAgents on-the-fly feature, the SMDAgentApplication.log or smdagent_trace.trc shows the following warning:

[NodesControllerJob] logical host '<hostname_1>' ignored as another logical host is having the same SQN.
[NodesControllerJob] logical host '<hostname_2>' ignored as another logical host is having the same SQN.
