2274688 - How to generate reports on Employee Central Workflow Information using Canvas and Story Reports

Report Canvas - Advanced Reporting to generate workflow reports.

There are five standard Advanced Reports available that can be imported from Advanced Reporting Templates for Canvas Reports:

1. Open Workflow Requests: Lists all pending workflow requests that require approval. Includes the current approver for positions and dynamic groups.
2. Workflow Changes Activity Log: Provides details of workflow request history, including initiator, approver, rejection, and escalation details.
3. Workflow Processing Statistics: Lists the total number of workflow requests per status, request types, and event reasons.
4. Workflow Processing Time Statistics: Provides processing times for workflow request steps, including statistical evaluations and detailed step information.
5. Workflow Request Analysis: Lists processed workflow requests within a specific time range, including request reasons, workflow duration, and last people involved. 

Ensure the Advanced Reporting feature is enabled to access these reports. Refer to KBA 2769843 for details.

Story Reports to generate workflow reports.

Three standard templates are available:

1. Open Workflow Requests: Lists all pending workflow requests requiring approval.
2. Workflow Processing Statistics: Lists the total number of workflow requests per status, request types, and event reasons.
3. Workflow Request Analysis: Lists processed workflow requests within a specific time range, including request reasons and workflow duration. 

Enable Story Reports and IAS to use these templates. Refer to KBA 2877303 for details.
