2275275 - MS: error MS_TAG_NOT_FOUND in dev_ms

After setting "ms_acl_info" file via parameter "ms/acl_info = $(DIR_GLOBAL)/ms_acl_info" the following entries appear in the Message Server (dev_ms) trace file:

[Thr 01] *** ERROR => error MS_TAG_NOT_FOUND in /usr/sap/<sid>/SYS/global/ms_acl_info line <nr> [msxxacl_mt.c 505]
[Thr 01] *** WARNING => Errors found in /usr/sap/<sid>/SYS/global/ms_acl_info
[Thr 01] *** WARNING => Please correct the invalid entry
[Thr 01] *** ERROR => MsInitAclInfo: /usr/sap/<sid>/SYS/global/ms_acl_info contains no valid entries, no attach of application server possible [msxxacl_mt.c 467]

and in the Dispatcher (dev_disp) trace file:

*  LOCATION    SAP-Dispatcher <hostname>_<sid>_<instance_number> on host <hostname>
*  ERROR       mserrno received (MSEACCESSDENIED)
*

*** ERROR => not allowed to connect to message server via port 3900 [dpxxdisp.c   12883]
*** ERROR => Please check your configuration (profile parameter rdisp/msserv_internal) [dpxxdisp.c   12884]

though the <hostname> has been included in the "ms_acl_info" file
