2275356 - Importing an emailed lcmbiar file fails with Couldn't find entry 'BusinessObjects.xml'.' (FWM 04013) error

• Development team creates lcmbiar files from Source development environment as Administrator with a few crystal reports and Business Views, and sends the lcmbiar files over to a promotion team via email.
• When you download and import this lcmbiar file on a target system using promotion management, you get the following error -
