How to Control the Proxy of Onboarding module and provide the access to Onboarding through Role Based Permission.

There is no checkbox in admin tool:- proxy management for "onboarding" as of now. BUT there is way to stop Onboarding from being accessible to users with proxy rights for other modules. This can be achieved by RBP permission role -> Manage On/Offboarding (disabled). Please find attached document for more details.

Currently it is not possible to grant or revoke proxy access to the Onboarding module specifically (via Proxy import files or Proxy management in Admin Tools).

What we have observed is, if we grant proxy access to an user for a specific module (for instance, Performance Management), that user will also have proxy access to Onboarding automatically.

• User id “2011023262” has been giving below proxy rights for “BasicImport1” and No permission for “Manage On/Offboarding” as shown below.

Result as expected: “Onboarding” module not available.

• User id “2011023262” has been giving proxy rights for “BasicImport1” as same as in case1 and Given permission for “Manage On/Offboarding” as shown below.

Result as expected: “Onboarding” module available.
