2275536 - How to Temporarily Re-assign Activity to another User in Onboarding 1.0

• Need to re-assign Hiring Manager Activity
• Hiring Manager is not available (on leave, PTO, no longer with company)
• Hiring Manager activities need to be completed

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Hiring Manager Activities can be reassigned and delegated using the existing reassignment and delegation features in Onboarding
2. Go to Onboading > Security > Users
3. Search for the current user 

To delegate:

1. Edit the current user whose activities need to be delegated
2. Select the new User to delegate to
3. Choose Permanent or Temporary

To reassign Hiring Manager Activities:

1. Admin logs into the workqueue and sees the hiring manager activity assigned to the hiring manager

2. Admin Selects the activity and then clicks the ‘reassign’ link

3. Admin selects a different user to take over this specific activity

4. Newly assigned user sees the hiring manager activities in place of the hiring manager

5. If content had been created by the hiring manager, it should carry through and be visible to the newly assigned person
