Symptom
- Forms requires one or more signatures
- Need to add a second signature on current form which is configured for eSignature

Resolution
- Prerequisite
- Client must establish DocuSign Corporate Account
- Existing account can be used
- To open a new account client must email DocuSign sales_successfactors@docusign.com stating they are an SAP Successfactors Onboarding customer
- Client designates one system administator email address and creates password
- Admin email address serves as the primary account for the integration
- Once account is set up DocuSign will provide Account ID
- How to activiate in Onboarding
- In Onboarding > Settings > Features > DocuSign Signature
- User must enter Account ID, admin email address and password
- Select PROD or Sandbox (stage/test)
- By default all forms are configured to use DocuSign
- Setting DocuSign attributes under Reference Files > Forms
