Symptom

  • iOS enrollment fails with "Profile Installation Failed" error.
  • The iOS device log shows "A connection to the server could not be established" and a 401 HTTP error code on the TokenCheckin call.
  • The IIS log on the Relay Server has a corresponding 401 on the TokenCheckin call.
