The UX for the SFSF Home Page is built on FIORI Launchpad framework organizes role-based, time-sensitive information and insights on one personalized start page. From the home page, you can take quick action and identify areas requiring further analysis.
SFSF Home Page has a responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes.

Reccruiting Tile (Number of requisitions pending approval) and Careers Tile (number of open jobs) are available on the Homepage on Version 3 of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.

NOTE: As described above, Recruiting tile isn't available to be moved to ToDo area, because Recruiting tile shows all requisitions you have access to that is pending approval from someone (it could be the Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager's Manager, etc), while the ToDo section is reserved to show all actions that are pending from your side.
