2276059 - Login failure due to "content not found" exception on cloned Netweaver instance

• The user encounters a "content not found" exception upon attempting to log in after starting the Netweaver server on a cloned instance. 
• The error stack includes a NullPointerException while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.concat(java.lang.String) of an object returned from com.camilion.env.SystemConfig.getCSIHome. 
• The exception occurs during the initialization of the web application context.
