Symptom

  • Error "SQL generation parameters file could not be loaded (WIS 00514)" when refreshing a webi report from Webi Rich Client with a Non-Administrator user
  • The same users are able to refresh the same WebI reports from BI Launchpad
  • Users belonging to Administrators group are able to refresh WebIntelligence reports from Webi Rich client
