2276254 - Error M8147 in Service Entry Sheet - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When approving a Service Entry Sheet in ML81N the system generates the error message M8147 "Account determination for entry & not possible".
When approving a Lean Service Entry Sheet in "Manage Service Entry Sheet" App the system generates error "Errors have occurred. Please check workflow log or contact administrator", you check the workflow log and find the error M8147.
