2276598 - Adhoc Report not showing Current Candidate Profile information for Internal Employee - Recruiting Management

Adhoc Report was showing previous job title information not matching current job title in the candidate profile UI.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to reporting tab (ad-hoc reports);
2. Create new recruiting V2 report with all candidate fields selected;
3. See, for example, "Current Job Title" field and check user candidate profile in UI, the information between the UI and report does not match.

The field in question was sm-mapped to the employee profile, all other candidate's field have the current information in the report, so it is likely that the sync did not function as expected when employee updated the information on its employee profile. Re-saving the employee profile triggers the sync between employee profile and candidate profile, this action corrects the value that was wrong when reporting.

As the Employee, access its own Employee Profile, and re-save the employee profile, this should force trigger the sync in between the two profiles. If re-saving the employee profile does not work or if multiple employees do not have the most current information a case should be submitted to support for further review.

Another possible way would be to build an Integration to trigger a job in Provisioning that will update the sm-mapped fields, performing the synchronization of the data between Candidate Profile and Employee Profile. Refer to KBA 2661904 to check all the steps to create it.
