2276600 - Compensation:Rehired EC users are displaying in EC COMP integrated form for the effective date range during which they were in terminated status

User is included in the form although user was rehired on date which is after the effective date of the template.

User should only be included in the hierarchy 3(include inactive) not hierachy 1(only active).

EC Comp Integration

Launch a form for EC integrated template using hierarchy type=1

Example of one user:
01/01/2000 - 06/01/2014 -- user is Active
Terminated on 06/02/2014
06/02/2014 - 01/01/2015 -- user is Inactive

01/02/2015 - user is Rehired

Comp template effective date is 01/01/2015 but the user is still included in the form for hierarchy 1 which is not expected as the user is inactive on 01/01/2015.

User should only be included in the hierarchy 3 form not 1.

The user will be available in the system as the user hierarchy is always based on the current status. 

The way to exclude this user is to use eligibility to exclude him for the comp planning.
