Symptom
- When you create a SAP case for SAP HANA Database the database type, database release and/or database revision information are incorrect in the environment section of the case.
- This can potentially cause a delay in providing a solution for the reported issue and/or incorrect recommendations are provided by SAP support based on the SAP HANA Database release and revision information displayed in the environment section of the case.
