2277181 - MSCS: How to add the Name Resource to MaxDB Cluster group

The MaxDB group was originally installed without Name resource, however customers need to define the name resource inside of MaxDB cluster group.

MaxDB development assumed that a Name can be assigned for example in DNS and no need to provide it in the group, however customers need to define the name resource inside of MaxDB cluster group.
