2277332 - Strengthen permissions when assigning Group Goal 2.0 to employees in separate target populations - Goal Managament

Symptom

  • This option strengthens the permissioning around target populations related to Group Goal assignment.
  • Without this option,  a manager who has two employees belonging to two separate target populations tied to two separate goal plans may assign a group goal on one of those goal plans to both employees – which does not respect the eligibility.
  • This feature now only allows the manager to assign a group goal to the employee that is in the defined target population.

Resolution

Enable this option via Provisioning switch as part of Group Goal 2.0 target population assignment permission - strengthens the permissions if a manager has access to view two separate employees tied to two separate target populations and goal plans:

Note: as a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your Implementation Partner.
