2278046 - Timezone in an Interview Related Email Notification - Recruitment Management

The [[INTERVIEW_TIME]] token is designed to render with the time-zone of the logged in Recruiting User, and as of now we do not have the option to hide it.

The time zones of the [[INTERVIEW_TIME]] token will work in the recruiting email triggers as follows:

• Interview confirmation email sent to organiser will always be based on time zone of the organizer in the UDF.
• Interview confirmation email sent to interviewer will always be based on time zone of interviewer in the UDF.
• Interview confirmation email sent to internal candidate will always be based internal candidate’s time zone irrespective organizer or recruiter booked on behalf of the candidate or candidate booked the slot.
• Interview confirmation email sent to external candidate
• If organizer / recruiter selects the option “on behalf of the candidate” while scheduling the interview, in that case email sent to external candidate will be based on time zone of the organizer or recruiter.
• If organizer / recruiter doesn’t select the option “on behalf of the candidate” while scheduling the interview, later candidate logs into the career site and confirms the slot, then, in that case email sent to external candidate will be based on time zone of the external candidate’s browser time zone.

Please note – this token must be used with [[INTERVIEW_DATE]] to provide the entire time zone information.
