1. The complaince panel "SAP_UK_P45Upload02" is created in a way that the document appears in the print package in both NES print package and Signature step Print package.

2. An ideal UK process will only have a PHV and a NES step.

3. In this scenario, if candidate upload a P45 document, after NES they will be directed to Signature step because the panel option "Avaiable in print package" is set to Yes and thus it will show up in both NES and Signature step.

4. To avoid this a custom panel of "SAP_UK_P45Upload02" should be created and option "Avaiable in print package" is set to No.

• Create a copy of the complaince panel "SAP_UK_P45Upload02" and set the option "Available in Print Package" to No.

• Once this is done and the new panel added to the NES step and the complaince panel disabled, Signature step will no longer be triggered.

• If the cusotmer is not hapy with this behaviour, they will need to post this concern in the customer community as an enhancement.
