2278154 - User not able to Share a report with a Group of Matrix Managers

You would like to share an Adhoc report or Dashboard with a Group of "Matrix Managers" however this option is not available from the predifined group list

SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions

Share with predifined groups:

1. All Employees
2. Approvers Only
3. Non Approvers Only
4. HR Manager Only

Share with own created groups: 

From Manage groups in advanced tab, you can share with own created groups.
However, the report once shared with a group, all the population of this group will have access to the report because there is no option to restrict to a target population within the group.

With the current functionality, the Matrix Manager is not in the list of prefined option

The Matrix Manager is not listed on the Adhoc or Dashboard list of pre-defined sharing group.

There is a workaround using RBP roles and Report Center:

1. Create a RBP role and grant it to Matrix Managers:
   
   
   
2. Go to Report Center and share the report/dashboard
3. Click on the Role tab
4. Search for the role, select and save
5.
