2278197 - SMP 3.0 SP10, MBO sidecar. Opening 7 client databases. SUPBaseException with error code: 3031

Symptom

When opening more than 6 client databases API gives SUPBaseException with error code: 3031

The error code 3031 is not the cause of the issue, as all client databases can be opened fine by themselves, on their own.
