2278223 - Compensation and Variable Pay: The URL is showing in the header and footer of browser print preview of the statement

Symptom

The statement is showing the URL in the header and footer in print preview.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Employee Profile.

2. Go to Compensation Statement.

3. Open any Statement. Please find below the screenshot of how statement looks like on clicking.

4. Now press Ctrl+P to print the statement.

Cause

We do not have any control over the Ctrl+P/print preview option from browser as it behaves differently for different browsers.

Resolution

To download the PDF version, it is not recommended to use the browser download functionality but one given in Employee Files or corresponding worksheet.
