2278267 - Only Numeric Values Rather Than The Name Descriptions Are Exported For Custom Fields Via Microsoft Excel

Symptom

For custom fields which allow multiple value-entries, only numeric values rather than the full names are exported via Microsoft Excel export when the entries have been translated to another language.
