2278592 - Manage Pending Hires Issue and Fix - Onboarding 1.0

• Candidates Not Available in Manage Pending Hires
• Failed to send data to SF: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. Candidate Info object is not found. Cannot proceed with Post PHV. Returning errors

1. Hiring Manager (Named users) assigned for that candidate are not present in BIZX.
2. If Hiring Manager exists but does not have the permission or target population to see the Candidates in Manage Pending Hire Queue.
3. SF Notifications is not active in super admin.
4. SF Bizx Connection is not active in super admin.
5. BX Auth value is not set for customer Instance in super admin.
6. Manual Kick start from ONB.Kicking Onboarding 1.0 process from onb process tab
7. check the candidate status in Manage data-if hired status is yes,then candidate will not appear.
8. Please navigate to Admin centre-Manage data-Onboarding 1.0 CandidateInfo and select candidate =Check Manager and Hr Manager should be active in bizx system.
9. Go to Onboarding 1.0 --settings-Audit Trail--Search for SF_Integration and there should not be any errors.

• Cause 1: Hiring Manager (Named users) assigned for that candidate are not present in BIZX.
• Solution 1: Check whether the hiring manager assigned for candidate is available in BIZX . If you see 403 error in the SF_Integration, that means the Hiring Manager of the particular candidate is not available in BizX
  
  
• Cause 2:If Hiring Manager exists but does not have the permission or target population to see the Candidates in Manage Pending Hire Queue.
• Solution 2:Check whether the hiring manager has the manage pending hire permission to see the candidate.
• Solution 2:Check whether the hiring manager has the right target population to see the candidate.
  

• Cause 3: SF_Notifications is not active in Super Admin.
• Solution 3: Navigate to Super Admin Features > SF_Notifications > activate feature if disabled
  
  
• Cause 4: SF_BizX_Connection is not active in Super Admin.
• Solution 4: Navigate to Super Admin > Features > SF_BizX_Connection > activate feature if disabled
  
  
• Cause 5: BX.OAuth.Secret value is not set for customer Instance in super admin.
• Solution 5: Navigate to Super Admin > Account Options > Search for Key BX.OAuth.Secret > Add appropriate value listed below

• Cause 6: Manual Kick start from ONB.Kicking Onboarding 1.0 process from onb process tab:
• Error 6: Failed to send data to SF: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. Candidate Info object is not found. Cannot proceed with Post PHV. Returning errors
• Solution 6: If the activity is created from ONB, (Manual kick starting from process tab, and not from RCM, then the flag "Enable External ATS-ONB-EC Integration" has to be enabled in BizX provisioning.
  
  
• Cause 7:check the candidate status in Manage data-if hired status is yes,then candidate will not appear.
• Solution 7: Please make sure the status of candidate is in ready to hire--Yes and Hire status is-No.
  
  
• Cause 8: Please navigate to Admin centre-Manage data-Onboarding CandidateInfo and select candidate > Check Manager and HR Manager should be active in BizX system.

• Cause 9: Go to Onboarding 1.0 > Settings > Audit Trail> Search for SF_Integration and there should not be any errors.
• Solution 9: check all initial ONB Configurations.
