When attempting to connect a Relay Server Outbound Enabler (RSOE) to a Relay Server via HTTPS, the connection fails with the following error in the RSOE log:
Error writing packet, errCode: 53, sysCode: 12357
doHTTPRequest: sending request failed
A corresponding error is logged in the Relay Server log:
RSE2002: Failed to assign client request to any backend server in farm '<FarmID>' within 480 sec of application timeout
