2278887 - You are Unable to Add Future Activity Plans to a Routing Rule

When trying to add Activity Plans that start in the future to a Routing Rule, you cannot find them.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Suppose you have an Activity Plan DEF (DEF represents the ID of the Activity Plan) that starts tomorrow.

1. Go to the Activity Planner work center.
2. Go to the Routing Rules View.
3. Open Routing Rule XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the Routing Rule).
4. Go to the tab Activity Plan.
5. Click on Add.
6. The Activity Plan DEF is not visible to be selected.

The Standard query for Activity Plans excludes future date ones.

In order to solve this issue, please follow the below steps:

1. Activity Planner work center.
2. Go to Routing Rules View.
3. Open Routing Rule XYZ.
4. Go to the tab Activity Plan.
5. Click on Add.
6. Open the Advanced Search.
7. From the Valid From field, click on the more Options icon.
8. Under Options, replace Less than or equal with Greater than or equal.
9. Click on Go.
10. Future Activity Plans are now visible.
