Symptom

While adding a database to RS as a primary database using rs_init, the following error occurred:

Running task: check the SQL Server.
Task succeeded: check the SQL Server.
Running task: verify users and their passwords.
SQL Server message: msg 14021, level 12, state 0
WARNING: "Invalid login attempted by user 'PRS_ra'"
