Symptom

The notification body is not shown Internet Explorer

In the Onboarding Mail Queue, the email body is empty

 

 

Environment

Onboarding Module

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login in as an Admin user.

2. Go to Onboarding module

3. Click on Settings

4. Access Mail Queue

5. Open the notification

6. Click on body of the notification

Resolution

Add the Compatibility View in IE

To add go to IE tools > Compatibility View Settings > Add the website
