2279120 - SAP GUI for HTML: blank screen when using ~webgui_simple_toolbar

Symptom

When calling SAP GUI for HTML (Webgui) service with simplified toolbar a blank / grey screen is displayed:

The issue occurs only in Internet Explorer, if Gui Parameter ~webgui_simple_toolbar is used. In Chrome or Firefox it works fine.
