2279350 - Time Zone reverts to "Local to web server" when (GMT -08:00, DST) Pacific Time (US & Canada) is selected in user preferences

Symptom

  • Changes to Time Zone in CMC or BI Launchpad Preferences are not saved
  • Upon re-opening the Preferences menu, Current Time Zone reverts to "Local to web server"
  • When checking the SI_TIMEZONE property for the user, it is set to 0
