2279433 - Quick Workaround how to add a user to Onboarding- Onboarding.

• The user is not appearing in onboarding.
• When trying to proxy in as user you get a seamless error.

• The user is not on the user sync. 

1. If the user is not on the user sync and you cannot wait for the user sync to run again you may follow these steps to add the user quickly into onboarding.  Please note that you should make sure to add the user to the user sync job other wise you will need to keep adding the user daily. Also this should only be used as a workaround and for a few users and not multiple users.
2. In onboarding go to Security>users>create.

   3. A pop up window will appear where you will need to enter the user's information and click create. Please note that if the user is a Hiring Manager you will need to check the box of a Hiring manager and not Employee.
