2279557 - Career Site E-Mail Notification trigger not visible in Recruiting Email Triggers - Recruiting Management

** As per the RCM Guide - 

● Beginning in Q4 2019, the option "Enable e-mail Verification for Career Site" is removed from Company Settings in Provisioning. Instead, enable the "Career Site E-Mail Notification

> option to send the verification emails in the CAS enabled instances. The "Career Site E-Mail Notification

> option is available in, Admin Center Recruiting Email Triggers . Previously, if you’ve enabled the Career Site E-Mail Notification option, it’s enabled by default in Q4 2019 CAS enabled instances.

● When the one-time password for email address verification is enabled, the setting of Career Site E-Mail Notification email trigger is ignored (if enabled). **

Unable to find "Career Site E-Mail Notification" trigger in Recruiting Email Triggers.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions

1. Go to the Admin Tools -> Recruiting Email Triggers.
2. Search for "Career Site E-Mail Notification" trigger.
3. Unable to locate the trigger.

The "Career Site E-Mail Notification" will only be visible if "Enable E-Mail Verification for Career Site" option is enabled in provisioning.

Please engage a partner or Professional Services if you wish to enable E-Mail Verification for Career Site at provisioning.

1. Go to the Provisioning -> Company Settings
2. In Company Settings under Recruiting, enable the option "Enable E-Mail Verification for Career Site".

Note: Once this option is enabled in provisioning, all the external candidates need to activate their accounts after creating a new account on the career site.

         For existing candidates who have not activated the account, the system triggers the email the next time they sign in to the career site.
