Is it possible to modify the content and recipients of Hired on other Requisition notification?

Currently, it is not possible to modify the content or recipients of the Hired on Other Requisition notification.

This notification is triggered when a candidate has applied to multiple requisitions and is hired on one of them. When the hired requisition is closed, any applications that remain in an In Progress status on other requisitions are automatically moved to the Hired on Other Requisition status.

The Hired on Other Requisition status is automatically enabled when the setting "Automatically disposition non-selected in-progress applicants on closed requisitions to status Hired On Other Requisition" is selected in Recruiting Settings. A provisioning job is responsible for moving candidates to this status and triggering the corresponding system notification.

The only way to stop this notification from being sent is to disable the above setting in Recruiting Settings. However, once the setting is disabled, the Hired on Other Requisition status will no longer be available in the candidate pipeline.

Since this is a system-generated email, its content is not configurable and cannot be modified.
