Symptom

  • Crystal Reports for Enterprise crash.
  • When trying to update a report data sources in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it fails.
  • Error occurs when migrating a report created in Crystal Reports to Crystal Reports for Enterprise that has multiple Universe data sources.
  • After mapping the report to multiple universes, Crystal Reports for Enterprise crash with following message:
             
       " [CRSDK00001016]
         Caused by:  - [Internal Error DataMappingCommandL139]
         Caused by:  - [CRSDK00001016]
         Caused by:  - [Internal Error RemoveUnsupportedUnusedConnectionsCommandL90]"
